To all Pentas sifus, would like to ask an opinion. Is Pentas 3 type A1a with advertised 3499sqft at 880k subsale a good buy? Or wait for Pentas 4 with estimated similar pricing a better bargain? Hope all taikor/taijer can enlighten me on this.

Also the house floor plan layout looks more interesting thing than Pentas 4 with 2 family hall at level 2 and close kitchen concept (I personally prefer close kitchen concept). Thinking of buying it for own stay while selling off my Nukilan 3. But as you mentioned, buying from developer look more privileged with new units + warranty + easier cash flow management.
