Usually very fast, within 2 weeks can know reply, if SPA 2 names, then have to be joint borrowing.
And if joint borrowing, then both can withdraw EPF account 2. However, EPF withdrawal can only be done after SPA signing.
So, still need to fork out the 10% first.
*
You actually allowed to withdraw EPF money to pay for the downpayment. You need to let the developer know about this.
EPF is very efficient now. The whole withdrawal process might take only one week.

Hahaha..leng lui we applying loan while chit chatting with other buyers.
I think got some pull out from the purchase cuz SPS staff called some other waiting list guys to come over.

And of course enjoying the cool and serene place.

Zero lot bungalow and Stagnia not sold out yet. Many at the back of queue gave up due to the high price tag.

I applied with RHB and HLBB today.
RHB is giving BLR-2.5% upon appeal.
From what i understood, the SEH project has appointed most banks as panel and the rate is at BLR-2.4 and up to BLR-2.45
So, anything more has to be appealed based on the feedback provided by the Personal Banker and subject to approval.
But since banks seems to have colluded to provide up to BLR -2.45%, i see no reason for them to provide 2.5%. But i still tried and asked the guy to appeal.

Thanks.

HLBB tenure only up to 30 years?

With new Setia Privilege Program (Loyal Customer Rebate) effective from April 2013, return customer can enjoy rebate up to 2.5%. Example, if you bought SPS properties before, accumulated property price is within the range of 300k-1m, you will entitle for 1% rebate. The 1% rebate will deduct from your downpayment.

No lock in:
RHB
OCBC

All others got lock in.
I am looking at OCBC seriously cause of their DSR. Up to 90%.
*
Good to know that OCBC can go that high.
CIMB - 85%
AmBank - 70%

what is 90% DSR?
Is it important?
*
Percentage of the debt you can serve based on your net income. DSR = Debt Service Ratio
The higher income you have, the higher % they allowed.
