Coz usually if one buys a completed unit, the balance usually 3 months later...first time buy from developer with 70% margin...I guess the next 10% will be when foundation and footworks of the house completed and certified...

Not really small...the hall and kitchen are spacious with no corners or lanai in between...Some other designs - when u open the door u can see the dining and kitchen directly which is a no no in fengshui...

As for room in front with toilet, not sure on the negative aspects of that...good for old folks what...no nid climb stairs and stay there brows.gif

For me, Luzento 2 is ok except the lanai separating the hall from dining...personally I think it is a waste of space and makes the hall looks small for a Semi D...plus the location of the guest room is not right for me...and I think there is no family hall upstairs...

Merrum A1? I open door and saw the dining place immediately..is bad feng shui.... unsure.gif
