When setia alam launched it was middle of nowhere by a unknown setia..now ecohill launched with reputable branding...do u think it will take longer for appreciation?

Looking to sell my plavia 2 after 2-3 years tongue.gif

My top 3 choice was plavia 2, errana 2 and monlis 1....errana 2nice but slightly smaller

Chose plavia 2 because the hall and dining together in a big square..looks more spacious
