Should I update to 4.1.2 or 4.3?
My one is insane chip...

I try updating using the phone itself but keep fail. Can download in pc  and transfer to s3?

cwm backup dont backup efs partition.
you wasting your time only look for previous backup.

hc-ktools is the app that backup and restore efs

hello everybody , my samsung galaxy s3 just dead past few week . My phone suddenly can't turn on and no respond at all . No led light , no vibrate  . And i also bought a new battery but still not working at all . any solve ?

hmm , im using 4.1.2 official stock rom b4 my S3 Dead . combo key ? you mean enter recovery mode / download mode ? can't enter , phone no response at all .

no more warranty :S can i know issit possible to repair the motherboard ? i don't feel like buying a new motherboard for it

the 2nd one makes me wonder, really so many winnings in dinner de meh? always see people win phone from dinner, I also want to go to the dinner la then, win many phones back

just check ur memory card or internal for folder named efs_backup.
if got one ure saved lol.
btw newest rom usually make an efs backup before flashing but i think it overwrite the last one u made coz
i only got like 18 dec backup ( which is the corrupted one ) and a very old July 2013 backup

im not sure which one is official update, im scared if download wrong this ap set will spoil coz i heard it will affect insane chip.


and i went to exchange for the earphones coz the one they gave me is defective (the samsung logo can be scratched off easily, and one loud one quiet one ) den they now gave me a SAMSONG earphones, i noticed it only after i came back, i tested there got sound, but maybe too noisy i cant really see if it's good...only realize its so bad quality

After flashing Wanam 4.3 and yank kernel, I still noticed lag in the phone. From the wake up lag to the other apps launching lag. Any remedy to this?

the company sticker at the battery and the back of the phone is MyAct, is this distributor lousy one?

Are you referring to the baseband version or build number?
My baseband version = I9300BUUGMJ3
My build number = Wanamlite.....I9300XXUGMJ9

I need help guys...my s3 says....not registered on network. ..but still I hv full signal bar ...any idea guys? I tried to flash official 4.1.2 and also tried 4.3....problem still remains...is there any other way to solve my prob?
