I was quoted a IL plan from an Allianz agent for RM250 monthly premium, which I feel its quite high. The coverage he told me as below:
R&b: RM200
M Card: 1 Mil lifetime limit, 100k annual limit
Hospital income: RM100/day
Life : 150k
Personal accident: 100k
Critical : 50k
No co-insurance
Guaranteed renewal

Was thinking of getting quote from a Prudential agent if possible?

please note that for IL plan, YOU can reduced the premium.

you can request from the allianz agent to reduce the premium but have the same coverage (provided, it's not too little to cover the cost of insurance).

people also want to earn commission, of course quote RM250 per month (3k per year) is better than RM200 per month (2.4k)

you don't compare premium directly when you look at IL plans. Look at projections, or insurance charges.

BTW, Critical Illness is too little. given the cost of say, example cancer treatment and by-pass, 50k is low. smile.gif
