regardless of the super good after sales service of VW, in malaysia people will still rush to buy VW because it give them a "higher-level" feel compared to those KIA's, Perodua's, Pug etc out there...

and it is exactly because of this mentality that VGM don't care about customer satisfaction...

but then when u think about it, customer service is non-existent in this part of the world anyway...

this is scary.. to learn about terrible service experience in malaysia.

i have intention to purchase a used golf gti which is under warranty after owning a powershift dual clutch car for awhile.

with great technologies come great service hassle it seems.

anyone can advise otherwise on the gti mk6 model?
