i am driving a Renault currently... so far the experience has been above average... not all conti cars have the same bad after sales services... but in reality yea... most of the continental cars brand's after sales services has bad reputation....

to be frank... almost everyone who bought a car would also like to fully utilized the free service and warranty period.... the enjoyment for most owners are there... but once recurring breakdown happen... and you need to fork out extra cash to fix bcuz the free service and warranty which they promised at first not able to help u... it still certainly very disappointing... most of the owners really hope that they can enjoy the car as well as the after sales services which doesn't need to be perfect... just be more responsible on your job...
