For me is a new packaging for low cost. If the location posted by the agent is right, then think this is the jv with dbkl.

Rental target I doubt as the nearby Idaman sutera are now conquer by negro and middle eastern which most of the family (especially Chinese) move out.

Aiyo..no matter how, now all r crazy on property, no matter how bad (or good) the project shre will habis sapu. tongue.gif

The maintenance fee of RM0.40psf is scary. shocking.gif

No swimming pool, only wading pool for kids to play.

Surroundings look so so only, although very near to 2 highways. RM550psf seems a bit overpriced.

Seems no rebate on downpayment, coz it's not mentioned anywhere in the agent posts. No DIBS also.

Buy for own stay too small, buy for investment hard to enter. hmm.gif

May I know how many lifts the building has?

At least 1800 per Month with maintenance fees. Don't think the rental can reach 1800 for 500sq ft unit.

I guess many units will be sold to internal.

The whole Jalan Gombak will be transforming as it is a location earmarked for redevelopmentssssssssssssssssss. Count the number os "s" means more new projects coming...

167 units with 3 lifts.. Lift wise sounds okie... But then lift calculation on waiting time is based on more factors.
