The maintenance fee of RM0.40psf is scary.
No swimming pool, only wading pool for kids to play. Surroundings look so so only, although very near to 2 highways. RM550psf seems a bit overpriced. Seems no rebate on downpayment, coz it's not mentioned anywhere in the agent posts. No DIBS also. Buy for own stay too small, buy for investment hard to enter. The whole Jalan Gombak will be transforming as it is a location earmarked for redevelopmentssssssssssssssssss. Count the number os "s" means more new projects coming... |

167 units with 3 lifts.. Lift wise sounds okie... But then lift calculation on waiting time is based on more factors.
