Got include aircond, kitchen cabinet wo, mh pv whre got? Heard mh pv still got lot unsold unit

I heard this is not MRL, so it should be as normal .. Gombak Sentral is.

MH location is 2km closer to KL leh...

From the location map, it seems the piece of land is at malay reserve land and the agent also advertise 50 percent for bumi?

Location seems okay. Very near to MRR2 & DUKE highway.

Do the have a swimming pool? Can't find from their facility list.

Not quite familiar with this area. How is the surroundings? Went there one time, looks quite like a undeveloped area.

Reportedly, this is freehold land.

Think is before OTK but after the gombak pasar. Next to gombak pasar also hv another project but only for bumi. If not wrong, this project is surrounded by those still, paint and mechanic shop, food stalls.
