Well, why here and not KL Trader Square?

Gombak 126 smaller size and much less facilities.
If rental is at the same rate, KLTS will be a much better choice to stay.
Unless is very big difference in rental rate (much cheaper here), then justify the decision.

Yup, we hv been contemplating between KLTS and 126 atm. More or less the same in terms of rental rate, with pro and cons factors between the two

126 Gombak
- Low dense, similar to my current condo in Ampang atm.. and we prefer living in smaller community cause based on our own previous experience, less people means less wear tear to facilities, less communal issues, not crowded ( heard KLTS got issue with hostel students n foreigners flocking in), security wise etc

- Not a fan of high rise unit since we are a bit afraid of too high position, all KLTS units rented out level 20 and above

- better in terms of location wise, walking distance from clinic, Malay food stalls, pasar ( will help us a lot in reducing our living cost!) and since I got three small kids, I prefer safer distance to these amenities

- only few commercial unit within the same building, and none of them are eateries instead only offices... Plus side for me since I used to live above condo with mamak, restaurants and whatnot and soo many Germany cockroaches which I loathe a lot!

- prefer condo with occupiers alrdy settled down, compared to KLTS which will see many new residents coming in since the building just VP recently. Contractors coming in will mean compromising on security issue and so forth
