at the gathering i saw solid metal casings, very heavy. That is a bigger effect on the weight Good for home usage, but if lanning have to carry around alot, probably not kek

My Ducky's plate is aluminium, but there is still some weight to it so the keyboard doesn't slide.

So which keyboard are you getting

where can i find a blank TKL pcb? possible can put led as well.. i wanna do a custom case project..
or should i buy any TKL and start from there? my project would be a blue switch with a red led.. the case would be weight customizable (don't know this will make any diff in typing feeling or not) but a nice feature to have i think.. wanna travel --> loose weight, wanna stationary --> gain weight

You can buy those Korean pcb and start from there, either that or use phantom pcb. But in your case, those Korean pcb is more ideal, since you want full LEDs.
