QUOTE(Human10 @ Oct 24 2013, 10:57 AM) IINM, heavyarm do sell 37keys set, but the price... poison alert!I suggest you to get a new blue switch board instead of mod your current board. It will be easier, safer and may even be cheaper. Ahem, take a look at 016xxxxxxx's siggy. dunno man, still 50/50 on the modding as well, ill have to say goodbye to my remaining warranty as well EDIT: just saw the edited post wait, you can buy new boards itself? locally? QUOTE(lowyatguy @ Oct 25 2013, 05:33 PM) As long as it is PBT, the durability is good enough yeah Thick or thin PBT only reflects on the typing feeling, of coz thick PBT is higher cost so if they are giving thin PBT, I can understand that like trying to self comfort lol QUOTE(0168257061 @ Oct 25 2013, 06:13 PM) keymap flashable + 60 + ten keypad. so its like, manufacturers of KBT Oni trolling DIY modders? this is damn awesome. marfccy one. ainuddin you know what. each and every switch already got led resistor. its pre smt soldered. just now sure how to enable it. maybe flash the controller? not much of support about this.. 'look! we have LED resistor on each switch but ooohh you cant turn it on hahaha' This post has been edited by marfccy: Oct 25 2013, 08:29 PM |

QUOTE(diaBoliQu3 @ Oct 25 2013, 09:23 PM) Thanks kyrmian. Grateful for believing my instinct. No wonder my heart keep saying wait for kyrmian, don't buy. Now it's confirmed. Hell yeah... your previous Vortex KBT Oni sold dee? BTW, after 3 days of internet disconnect and stop on page 96, now it's page 111, I think I had enough with Vortex. I know Poker II doesn't have any issue but why in the hell Vortex spoil them self. Sigh... Waiting good news from 016 next week and let's see if I will place my money on Poker II or not. Sigh... Oh Vortex, hell ya... You guys trolling or you didn't take serious in mech kb. |

QUOTE(chesterchek @ Oct 25 2013, 10:10 PM) hi um looking for expert recommendation.. USB cant NKRO afaik, only PS/2im looking for brown mx keyboard, nkro under usb and numpad are needed, backlit and other customizations are not necessary.. currently only found CM Storm Quickfire TK, and its price is quite interesting, any commend for it? the simplest full sized keyboard you can try is Rosewill RK-9000 at RM269 comes in MX Brown, Blue, Red and Blacks this keyboard is not backlit, have standard layout so future keycap changes in hassle free. detachable USB cable as well and compatible with PS/2 and oh did i mention its only RM269? link for reference http://www.rosewill.com/landingpage/pk9000/rk_9000.html |

QUOTE(dadudeneverabides @ Oct 26 2013, 06:27 PM) OK guys. single board usually not that expensiveReally respect your keyboards man... 1k+ for feels My takeaway: 1. This is an expensive hobby. 2. I need to save money buy a custom + MX ergo clears. 3. My gear is noob. Other than that: 1. Confirm I like Brown switch (again). Others too noisy/stiff/feels weird. 2. I kinda miss the buckling springs 3. Lowyat forumers are nice people and friendly but if you stay here any longer, custom boards, custom this custom that all poisonous not helpful to restraint when the regulars also all poisonous as well |
