Selling away those widow is the best decision. Based on your old and wishlist kb, I guess you prefer kb with backlit. Yup Ducky Shine 3 is a good keyboard but can try check 016 siggy. Full size and he can mod LED for you. The rest you ask him self. Most recommended kb can be found at first page. Big wrist rest can get from Taobao.

Yup, the holes for LED are too small and really hard to cleanse off all the solder.

May be a proper desoldering iron will work better.

In my case, I had done some irreversible mistake on the PCB. The sucking of soldering gun actually recoiled and pushed the copper plate and a few of it detached off the PCB. I had then given up on trying to keep the damage minimum...

The problem is that Malaysia's electrical goods all pricing haram jadah one....

hmm.. after changing the plate, typing on this seems rougher than usual, that plate has that much effect on it?

oh dear...reinstalling games and drivers using 1Mbps streamyx after a clean Windows 8 installation is a big pain in the rear T.T
