for me it does help alot la...cause u can see that the aro is normal the next day after using it...
when don use, aro like not active and like dull, swim slow...sink to the bottom of tank.... when i went to batu pahat Tan Brothers and Xian Leng they also using this product |

yes just feed alot...every mon tue and wed SuperWorms.....thurs only Centipede...friday sat super worms....sunday centipede....
3 meals a day....workin so cannot feed often....morning evening and late night before i go oi oi |
