What's more mind-boggling is that to qualify for warranty claims, my battery has to be Honda certified specs. Meaning if your original battery dies within 3- or 5-year warranty period, you will have to buy a battery from Honda SC, else if you buy and install outside, say bye bye to your warranty.
If your car battery dies outside somewhere, would you call a tow truck to have your car dragged back to Honda SC, or look for the nearest workshop to replace battery...? Which is more logical to you...?
Honestly speaking bro, Autoworld sg buloh is full of Crap!!!! I used to send my car there till they told me to change gearbox oil at 10k service!!!!!!

from there, I know they are just purely scammers!!!!!
Read a few people complain that they went for service but they didn't service the car and charge the owners.
Told them good riddance and changed to damansara mofaz. I can say it's the best at least for me. No trouble / problem claiming warranty on my starter. Just have to wait for stock availability which took 2 weeks. Acceptable to me.... I too, changed the battery thinking it was the problem and Honda Mofaz never took fuss that I need to change to Honda battery back etc etc. It's just a lot of bull when a service center comes up with ridiculous requirements to claim warranty!!!
However, bear in mind you'll also need to be a frequent customer to that particular SC. After all, business is business too!
Did you manage to change the starter under warranty?
