Some people still confuse Puncak Jalil with Kinrara. There are reasons why the BANKS until today still boycott to operate in Puncak Jalil.
Dont just check on title disbursement matter, check on those CF matter, some landed still using TEMPORARY CF. One of my friend just got the approved CF since waiting for 6 years. This is just paper works alone, havent consider those workmanship and latent defects. If want look for good location property, better go look for auction. |

Heard that gt 2 schools coming up from thr, one is chinese primary another is sekolah kebangsaan , schools facility will somehow make the area easy rented out?
