I would believe you especially with the latest update, able to do cut-in/double during the day changes the dynamics of the game.
but able to find SS or any LSC ships is still highly dependent on RNG's mood.
but you can't deny that 2-4 is the first roadblock that all admirals must face as we just can't simple use any ships or configuration to beat the map

should be able to get both mutsu and nagato to lvl 99 by tommorow morning and taihou by this week, akagi maybe next week.

you and i play along with different group of people, mine mostly are NEETS etc and quite a lot of these people really do finishes 2-4 in 1 week time and that is pre patch, and yesterday just met one that is lvl 97 and only played for 40 days and passes E5

u bought DMM points?

For CC, you need to apply Japan overseas bank Credit Card like Aeon Bank in order to register with dmm. if non japan bank CC, they will block your account,
so to play safe, what i do is buy dmm gift cards through taobao,
those dmm gift card are sold through out japan convenience store,
because japan student can't get credit card so dmm decided to sell these gift cards through these stores.
