Are you using any GUI assisting tools? viewer?

I playing it RAW...

there are lots of reasons to get ban
try playing on Android phone, Api link expired, F5 refresh too often..

any 3rd party Kancolle tool I know doesnt disturb server so its pretty safe to use
unless devs decided to become a prick and ban because of that

last time i use chrome + VPN (or api link) for 1 years plus no ban

after stop playing for 1 year and resume playing using kancolleviewer + api link get ban..

api link is bad
dunno why people still using them, it have chances to get banned if you dont update/refresh your api link too often
my friend get banned long time ago because he also dont refresh the api link

play direct with region cookie is the safe way

ya i didn't update my api link unless api link don't works after weekly maintenance

chance to get unban seems very low, until now also no reply for my email

Bypass DMM cookies still the safest way cause it din alter any data received/sent from server. I know some API + GUI + viewer is very convenient, while I having no problem reading kanji and some other words, but I cant really trust something that so convenient and free as the nature of my job tell me so.

BTW, anyone use the kancolle viewer that install inside the google chrome?

i just try this after the last event and not bad actually...
it can translate quest into english and display some info at side of the game such as a sound play when expedition finish

i think this kancolle viewer is safe enough from ban...?
