is UNIFI 5mbps come with free HYPPTV Everywhere package? or i need to subscribe from the Unifi OCC ?

TM called me for RM179 10mbps promotion...keep pushing for sales...even tell me that if my VIP5 60gb quota finish, the speed will be slow a bit ..so extra RM30 to get 30gb is worth...
