The promo is only for VIP10 and not VIP5 right?
*
Yes that promo applies for VIP10 and VIP20. They market it in a way that they are saying VIP10 is only RM149 for Internet connection (which is VIP5's price) and then you plus RM50 to get either the Mega or Sports Pack on HyppTV. laugh.gif

+ Mega Pack is all channel rite?

Yup all channels except for sports but if you already have Astro then no big deal.

ok guys, a few noob questions here,

1. If my Unifi ID was accidentally given away.. can they access it from another modem?

2. Currently i'm already on VIP20.. but been using it for 6 months already. the new megapack can we apply that? cause it seems unfair that we are paying RM249 and don't get the megapack...
thanks

1. Just call up CS and request for a password reset.

2. As far as I know, it is only for new signups. Only those that have served their contract can terminate and reapply to enjoy this promo.

hey guys, if i want to cancel my unifi service, have to drop by any TM branch to do it?

by the way, my contract havent finish yet. sad.gif

Drop by and get black and white of the termination. Subject to penalty since still within contract period, why do you need to terminate?

I got a call from them too just now, was offered the RM199 upgrade or RM179 VIP10 without the Megapack.
Apparently, the contract will be extended for another 24 months. BUT, in addition you will get a RM500 voucher for a Samsung smart TV (40" or 46" not sure what model). AND also a waiver fee if you want to relocate your Unifi line.
Sounds like a pretty good deal. Anyone else received such offer?

I was in TM Point last week, saw the same offer there but minus the voucher & relocation waiver.
*
So we could walk to a TM Point and convert our plans to the new one (current promo) with a 24 months contract extension?

any agent or sifu can help, my unifi 2-year contract ends FEB 2014 and im going overseas in JAN 2014..anyway to terminate or downgrade(Free of Charge) before FEB as i wont be using it/not worth paying...
*
Early termination penalty is RM500. Maybe you should head over to a TM Point and ask if you could just pay in advance for the last month and then terminate on-the-spot?

so I registered for unifi 5 days ago and installation due for tomorrow. on the day of my registration i got a message from 62100 saying my installation will be on 5th december which is tomorrow. however I received a message from this number +60322411622 today saying that it's tm unifi centre number and it said that my installation will be postponed due to wrong customer details. I've given all my details right when registering. Anyone recognize that number? because when I asked the TM reseller that I went to they said the number is not legit.  blink.gif

Just call up the UniFi CS hotline, they will be able to clarify you if it was legit and what went wrong if it is indeed legit.

Anyone what is your MAX speed for 20Mbps Unifi ?

I am getting 18mbps only. that is ok ?
*
Sure nothing like router's QoS limiting your speed?
