Anyway, Chrome is really a battery drainer. If only stock browser can open pages in background, I wouldn't have started using Chrome. Sigh.

I do have the plan to buy but don't want to sacrifice the beautiful look of faux leather.
Probably I will just buy a TPU back cover.

The US version is still expensive for me, maybe I will just get the Korean version.

Yes, I know can open new tabs.

But if I want to open any new link, it can't be opened in background page and let it load on its own.
It can only open in a new window and will auto switch to this new window. Then, I need to tap to go back to the initial tab.

For e.g. if I surf LYN, I usually search results in one page and open the links one by one in background. Can open up to 10 tabs at one time. But Note 3's stock browser just can open in new window and it will auto change my current window to the newly opened window. So, I will need to keep tapping back to the initial window. (I hope you get what I was trying to explain )

Agreed. Note 3's S-Pen is really awesome. Seldom used it on my Note II but it is too good to be neglected for Note 3.


*Side note. Just banged my car when tried to park into house. But luckily scratched a bit only. Sad sad.

Not really keen in custom ROM anymore after endless of flashing in my Note II.

I just want it to be able to root for more freedom. I miss AdAway and TiBu Pro.

Actually, the S-Pen (hardware) is just similar like the one in Note II but it is the Air Command that has the "wow" factor.

Of all features in Air Command, Scrapbooker is my favourite.

I would say pure luck. I bought mine from Sri Computer one day after I got my Note II, that was in mid of October 2012 and it is still working perfectly well till today.
It is now stored in my Note III.

The first thing that needs to be fixed will be Knox issue.
After that, then they can start cooking new ROMs.
I'll be sticking to stock ROM first, priority is still rooting.

Yeah, knew about the availability of rooting from first page but what I meant was the Knox issue.
Samsung nearly didn't honour my Note II's warranty when I faced random SDS, no thanks to rooting.
So, gotta play safe with Note 3.
