Looks pretty tightly stuck on the lens.
Really ? Wow! The pics taken so far are already pretty good.

No it is not. Mine fell off after 1 day.
I didn't even notice there was this sticker, didn't really take photo that time.

Imagine if someone put a sticker on your eye, you can't see clearly right?
Same concept.

SIM card is not good enough, you need to get it registered to LTE HLR. Without that you can't get LTE as well.

LTE HLR can only be done by Maxis and completed by Maxis' backend team or their vendor. smile.gif

However, Maxis has already input quite a lot of SIM card into their HLR.

Just to clarify.

Maybe those who just ported or new subscribe to Maxis need their new simcard to be activated in order to get LTE..? blink.gif
*
Yes and those using micro/nano SIM will get LTE.
Mini SIM takes some time to be registered into LTE HLR but there are already happening.

u mean if the sim is microsim theres a chance its being registered to lte?
*
Yes. Priority was given to micro/nano SIM. I think that has completed, now even most of the mini SIM (if it is not too old) will be registered as well.

Hmm ... have been a long time fan of Digi .. never had problem with them and I liked their cheap plan ... Now planning to get this Note 3 and checked the plans again ... looks like Maxis is better ...especially dunno since when Digi started to introduce that 1+1GB crap ..

Anyway for maxis ... if I take SurfMore 50 , what happens if the quota reach 2GB? Extra charge or throttle speed ? Anyone experience bill shocks especially with data roaming anymore ? Always hear scary stories about maxis charging few k during overseas ... i personally do travel a fair bit for my work ... anyway to permanently disable data roaming from maxis side ?
*
Throttle speed only, without extra charges.
Maxis has introduced this since 30th December 2012.

What about Celcom 4G on Note 3? Based on the website,  The Celcom 4G LTE service is currently only accessible using the USB Modem, while service via smartphones and tablets will be available soon. Is this true?
*
No. Refer to on9trader's reply.

That's good to hear .. Maxis is infamous for their bill shocks . well maybe it's history now but that's why I've been avoiding Maxis all this while .. I think I should give them a try again now smile.gif Main reason is of course they have LTE while Digi is still ...........  sweat.gif
*
Go ahead and try. smile.gif

Wow so you also changed from Digi to Maxis because of this phone ?  rclxms.gif I wonder if there's anyone here still with Digi ? Any reason why you're sticking with Digi ? I can't seem to see any + points for digi anymore ... maybe only the cheaper call rates ..
*
Ironically I'm still with DiGi. All because I'm using their Ambassador Plan.
But anyway, I have SIM cards from all telcos. laugh.gif
Just that I'm using DiGi with my Note 3.

So I guess Maxis is busy updating the SIM card databases for LTE upgrade.

Already started since early of the year.
Now should be about to complete already.
If your SIM card is not too old, might be able to register to LTE network directly. biggrin.gif
