SIM card is not good enough, you need to get it registered to LTE HLR. Without that you can't get LTE as well.

LTE HLR can only be done by Maxis and completed by Maxis' backend team or their vendor.
However, Maxis has already input quite a lot of SIM card into their HLR. Just to clarify. |
