All the more reason to avoid the southern corridor and go somewhere else due to the massive high density and traffic congestion. Right now, the northern corridor is a lot less congested and due to the hilly terrain will never be as high density as the western or southern corridor anyway. Southern area better package. On another note, I wonder if there will be some further developments towards the east. Probably will be limited due to the hilly terrain also.
