passed by the site along NSE. What I saw was an empty land without any activities. Unless developer's website is showing something else. With this rate if the mall will be completed it will be another 10-15years.
It's been how long since it was soft launched? 2013? |

For those interested can buy TheEdge this week.
DA Land is selling the 80% of the stake to strategic partner for RM160m. And the strata mall plan will be converted to shoplots. The 40 retail lot buyers will be offered to convert their purchase to the shoplot. |
