For the 1st phase buyers, I just got word from the sales staff a while back that they're targeting a 2022 completion, but no confirmed date as of yet as construction only just resumed near the end of last month.
Hopefully they're able to complete it on the month the Block A buyers signed their SPAs back in 2018. |

Actually I am just interested of the definition of the "soon' you mentioned. Developer always use the tactic such as 'soon to adjust price'. Anyway let us wait to to see whether the definition of 'soon' is several days? several weeks? several months? I always amazed by the creativity and boldness of using terms by developers and agents.
