Kalau tak silap, bukan tak jual cuma tak ada buyer interested. Ac130 very role specific and best used again country that dont have or destroyed anti-aircraft system. It a big sitting duck given it large size, slow flying and low level flight pattern. Even a manpad can kill it.

The equipment on board the ac130 also not very state of art. Anyone can get a rotary cannon and mini howitzer and c130 with extra structural modifications to allow better handling. The hard part is getting the fire controls system and pilot training.

For sulu boleh lah, if against country with manpad or anti aircraft system, very susah to play it role
