Juz get my MX5021 paired with my Prodigy HD2. But maybe is juz my imagination, arent abit MX5021 lack on bass side? Others side is very good.

Yup, sometime i also felt my MX5021 was lack of bass. For me, this speaker has average bass and treble, not the boomy speaker. I can listen soft song and also disco song. Watching movie with maximum satisfaction except the surround sound. So, if you felt lack of bass. You just adjust the bass level on the speaker. Don't forget its has limitation because the sub woofer only support up to 50w.

Well i put vol 4 on controller and 3/4 of the eq. How to check how much bass? will it spoil woofer? The woofer so damm big.. i hardly imagine it easy spoil. Lolz.

.........lack bass? 2 me seems alot bass seem loud... when it was new i felt it lacked bass and 2 sharp/ artificial treble ... use for 1 month + and use edifier breakin tool for like 1-2 hrs should hear diff

You can adjust the bass and treble by the external controller. I using default setting for my speaker, 3 out of 5 star for bass and treble. My sound card setting also default, I didn't enable my ZS EAX and equalizer. Em...will spoil woofer ? EXP. You try play I wanna fxxx you this song, speaker setting bass set to maximum. Then you slowly change your speaker to volume 3 to 4 out of 5. Then you will realize the pak pak sound from your woofer and this is the limitation of MX5021 woofer. Don't let this condition continue, this will spoil your speaker. MX5021 6.5" woofer consider is big if compare to the low end speaker. If compare with the high end like 8" and 10", this is just a small baby

My anime song full with bass ler. my volume and max 2.5 i think. Should no problem gua if i put a bit on bass side. the woofer is very big to me coz my room really damm sesak. 2 pc 2 speaker 1 tv 1 queen size bed 3 drawer, 1 chair and 3 drawer... really need to tidy tml.

Avoid set the bass, treable or speaker volume to maximum, because this will reduce speaker's life. Small room may not suitable to put this speaker, audio effect may as good as what you expected. Just my 80cents

Well. Already bought ad. Overall i still satisfy with it. Not only music, when i watch anime and movie also alot different.

Altec Lansing ADA 885. Definitely one of the best speaker system ever produced by Altec Lansing.

On my ATP3, I set full on Treble and Half/Medium on Bass. Ok or not?

I think that's no problem if the sound doesn't like different sound. I means don't have extra sound like 'chi chi' or 'blek blek'. My suggestion are your treble set to 3 o'clock.
