Track back to January 2017... didn't see it ah nevermind. Side note, you mentioned about OBD and those hardwire kits... any recommended ones? Might consider to get that instead to leave my power socket empty plus the cabling would look nicer as well.

V2 is they fixed connectors on the A119 and GPS mount only. V1's GPS mount have connection issues and will constantly restart due to the connectors. That's all!

Banggood still selling the A119 (confirmed V2 by those who bought from banggod) with 20% off coupon and cheaper than Lazada

Depending on the car but usual is pull the rubber lining then slowly pull open the A pillar cover. Some A pillar cover has a screw you need to open first and usually it's under the SRS Airbag cover on the A pillar cover.

QUOTE(Susuwatari @ Aug 7 2017, 12:02 PM)
If you worry, just let the cable pass through the upper edge of A pillar, that avoid opening up the whole A pillar cover. You can then let the cable travel along the rubber lining all the way down to the bottom and then route it through the back/bottom of glove box. Very easy, I have done it for both Honda Jazz and Nissan Almera.

rclxm9.gif my A119 has arrived, gonna fit on wife's car first as mine need to redo the front windscreen tinting due to bad workmanship bangwall.gif

bluejoey for your Honda City, how did you open up the air bag logo? Use those plastic tool to pry it open?

Susuwatari also another question is, the excess wire you just coil up then stick to the back?

if insist going through a pillar, better go to accessories shop pay a small fees for it

else just follow one's advise to reroute cable through it

Go to shop also need look for reputable shop which is used to doing this...alternatively ask the SC to show me how to open hahaha! First complain say the A pillar noisy, then see how they open LOL.

A119 owners, are you using 32GB or 64GB?

Is 32GB sufficient for the 1440p recording mode?

I'm thinking to hard wire my A119 instead of using the USB charger, mainly to look neater actually. Below is the Viofo hard wire which I should tap to the fuse box right?

The card was so expensive, i paid for sgd 40 to upgrade from 16gb to 32gb😢

Anyway warranty should not be an issue, anything happen i can just bring back to the Singapore official store as most of the time I'm staying in Singapore actually.
*
Question, is it worth upgrading the memory card or I can use third party like Sandisk monitoring series instead?
