i am not going to Alamanda for grocy shoping after this..it just 5 minutes from my home

Alamanda also got market punya, is for Dengkil, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya centralized there ... IOI City Mall can cover vicinity around it ... macam like Mid Valley ..

it will do badly but wont DIE.. heard they increase the rental all the time.. they are owned by Kl*C prop.. sure they will die slowly.. they will lose parkson's tenancy..

Saw pics of the Parkson inside IOI City and it looks good.. someone tweeted and said it's crowded..

alamanda won't die. macam bsc or bangsar village sibeh near midvalley. no die also.

but a lot of pipu living there keep saying dun wanna ever go alamanda again etc.. alamanda will still attract some shoppers la.. the putrajaya gov't kaki la..

if you live in bangsar,,,will u fight the traffic and carpark to go Midvalley or just a short drive to Bangsar Village where parking is easier?

But compared allamanda and citymall, if citymall can solve the parking issue (aplenty of carparks), then i see allamanda will die on natural dead lioa......

thats the onli shopping mall over near there .. so no choice .. even cyberians also go there for the sake of convenience ...

mini malls existed in cyber long donkey years ago la but mostly cannot naik or mati halfway ... not justified enough to 'beat' abang besar alamanda yet. Just like comparing 7-11 with Tesco, so 10shops of 7-11 can beat Tesco d izzit ?

Grand opening of one of the outlet. Can't remember the name though.

I believe this weekend will be pack. Some of the shops are not open but most F&B are open. Packed with people during lunch hour.

I just came back too. Lots of people there. Quite impressive for first day soft launch. My only gripe is the telco signal is weak for maxis.

yeah all the shops with asterisks might not open so soon.. if a mall can get 80% of it's tenants in 2 months its considered good d!
