Serdang and Equine mostly leasehold. I prefer freehold after I went through a leasehold saga last year. 1 year to sell my house to a Chinese couple.

sunway only around 11-21 leh.. maybe new effect can bring a lot of skaters.. but this is d biggest rink in msia n the only olympic sized one

honestly, i don't think i've been to 1U for more than 15 times in my life so far, the traffic jam there makes me feel stressed to wait and look for a car park there.... rclxub.gif
