Nadayu 92/Tropicana Heights/Kajang 2. Kajang 2 will be the last because of HTC but the commercial, neighbourhood malls, international schools are useful to buyers in that area. Tropicana heights will also feature 4 acres central park like DPC style.

The roads will be improved there too.

Serdang and Equine mostly leasehold. I prefer freehold after I went through a leasehold saga last year. 1 year to sell my house to a Chinese couple.

4 or 16 acres for Central Park.

high end tenenats such as....? anyway, I never felt that 1U has been a nice and comfortable place for shopping, the building might be the biggest, but definitely not the latest or nicest, building is too old, need to do more renovation to keep up with the latest trend

but still the top shopping mall in KV.....many crowd

honestly, i don't think i've been to 1U for more than 15 times in my life so far, the traffic jam there makes me feel stressed to wait and look for a car park there....

1U is actually getting better brands in, better than the previous same lot tenants, for example -
