PARADIGM OUG - 1.0 mil (estimated)
Pavillion BJ - 2.1 mil
Vs
Mid Valley - 1.65 mil
Garden - 1.0 mil

If we study the location of all the malls in entire KV, then we shd know that MV crowd is very much depends on the people who live below federal highway till KLIA
Conclusion - among the Big 5 (Sunway, MV, 1U, KLCC, Pavillion), once the southern 3 new malls in operation, MV will be heavily affected

I think Paradigm OUG will fail. sorry ah.. 2 mega malls like like paradigm n PBJ cant be near each other.. i think PBJ will be far more successful than paradigm oug

Dun under estimate Paradigm OUG, they hv Retail Network to back them up
Look at Paradigm LDP, it has no reason to be success at the 1st place, only 700K sf and sandwiched between Sunway Pyramid (2.35 mil) and 1U (2.65 mil), still performing quite well.
the quality of the the retail operator is very important

I don't get the big deal of paradigm btw...

but paradigm is not as close as PBJ n Paradigm OUG.. moreover, MOST malls along OKR have failed.. but Paradigm OUG is near the highway la, so better location.

Anyway for sure MV will be losing a big portion of market share from Puchong / Kinrara, OUG / Sri Petaling, Putra Permai / Equine, Cyber / Putra, Kajang etc
IOI will be a success, no competitor in vicinity
