Should refurbish it. Many Puchong folks prefer go to Sunway Pyramid instead of IOI Puchonh

it has been refurbished and expanded once .. maybe they should demolish and rebuild it or a major revamp since that piece of land is very strategic nowadays

i dont think they would do that... too much cost...

on a side note, from LDP sunway pass toll to Puchong, can see one large construction on top of a hill... is that the VIVO city?

Seems that the rental per month for even the stall (like a cart in the middle of the walkway) is at RM3500

Still can make profit with rental of RM3500 pm selling only cheap jeruk preservatives?

Don't underestimate the turn over. I know one stall selling donut and kuih also can make reasonable profit.

If you understand the concept of money laundering and company tax invasion, then this kind of profit losing business is sustainable. Actual lost rm1000 but report to authority rm20k lost, winner

I was at the mall on 21 Feb evening, lots of people and some FnB have lots of customers. But I hardly see people buying??

Parking is rm4....

Good tip, I saw lots of people in the evening and decided to leave at around 8 pm, there is alreadly moving queue of cars exiting.
