How is the mall during weekend after charge on the carpark?heard the crowd is reducing oledy, anyone can verify?

have they install the telco signal booster? very annoying to go there without any cell signal...

heard the same thing.. one of my friends said expensive carpark has led to less footfall d.. most of the other malls i went to recently not doing as well as same period last year. i may be wrong

meaning the IOI really makes different to other mall.... other mall drop, so ioi really did pull some crowd away from other mall

Definitely pull crowd from other malls as KL south ppl used to travel to MV or even 1u to shop. Next time they will have pavilion BJ but the traffic control there with all the new condos might deter people

Empire will go head on head with 1u, IOI City is stealing some from MV n SP, Pavi BJ scompeting with MV.

heard the autopay parking queue is still very long. IOI city better do something about it.

Went there last weekend. I would say weekend crowd is not bad. Alot of people too. Most of the shops are open.

Only thing is there's only one way in and out from the carpark ...which cause a long queue.

i saw they working on touch and go. with touch and go, no need long queue for pay parking.

ioi city world class mall with 3rd world lousai mall management. Management inside sibeh luisui. very Want to faint After deal with them. Rental rm25-28psf. Exclude management fee. Tambah tambah Sibeh rm30++ psf. Rental Sibeh higher than midvalley. Hai... Midvalley management stil the best of the best despite sometime lcly. So far Midvalley is the only mall c money come at second place.

Confirm liao ioi city mall phase 2 start very soon. Bridging will be at the district playground lvl and lg floor.

Don't know where u got the idea south KL folks go to MV. Normally they'll go to shop at IOI Mall Puchong or Mines Shopping Mall, excluding those AEONs.

wah, mv charge so low nia. no wonder invest in IGBreit is so lousai.

Ask more KL south ppl n they will tell u they are bored of ioi mall n puchong. KL south never had a regional mall to fulfill their needs.

Aiseh .. Mv charges also not low ler. Sibeh high also. One of the highest in kl also. All new mall try to break Mv rental record. But management can't on par with Mv.

serdang balakong ppl go the mines or AOEN jiu lai south.
Equine people go to Puchong ioi / setia walk.

Still, these area of ppl also like to go MV
