lol at iq measurement. last time i did iq test for mnc interview i scored 138. but what the hell, it is just a no for which the test designed by human, what reflects and constitutes u as a person is more than iq. i dont believe the measurement at all. there are more ppl better than me with relatively lower score.

in a way...yes. he had dropped his load for others to clean up, and this is also what environmental polluters do, same mentality as people who think they deserve to songlap, etc... meanwhile you are wearing yours in your pants or in pain looking for a toilet...having high iq doesn't necessary mean you will be moral, lawful or whatever about your actions..then again having high religion doesn't guarantee that either...

Again, you've no idea how the sampling works. Does have it's drawback, but should be able to give a good mean, discounting outliers.

Chinese have this thing for providing the best possible education for their children whenever it permits. Japan and Koreans have better education system, way ahead of what the mainland'er prior to the last decade or so, lagging, but fast catching up.

Don't understand the backbone part of your statement though.
