I heard only participate EcoWorld projects have such program. You better double check with sales staff for the bumi-released unit.
Just got the latest update from the staff when I visited their sales gallery last Sat. EcoVillage service apartment (Right next to EcoNest) is now open for registration with RM10k booking cheque. Price starts from Rm300k onwards. I've placed one Target to be launched by November. How you guys think? |

I am quite interested in Charlton 20x80 and the selling price aroud 735k, still wonder the discount still available or not. Anyway, this Saturday i"ll heading down to their show room and sales office to clarify on the final pricing. I am a Johorean but still have a doubt on the location and development surrounding EcoSummer area. Any bro can advice or provide some further opinion? Recently just placed a booking for chalton 20x80 for RM830k. Is there any eco summer buyer here? My friend said that is not worth to spend RM800k++ for such a remote place. RM800k ++ can buy subsale in Horizon Hill with is much better location.

Phase 1 of the project, comprising 492 cluster homes and 124 semi-dees, was launched in September 2013 and is fully sold.
