They willing to accept RM10k cheque. Just went to the Setia Tropika sales gallery.
However, buyers need to physically be there this Sunday when selecting unit. Else considered give up.

I think in Malaysia, most people are not fully utilising the balcony.
So a big balcony might be wasted.

Pros: big balcony, we can plant flowers, pandan and serai. Can use the balcony to dry clothes too.
Cons: Need more curtain to cover the sliding door at balcony, need to clean up dirt and dust at balcony.

Pros : no balcony, thus bigger built-up inside. Less/No need curtain.
Cons : Less balcony view, less place to smoke. smile.gif

Personally, I prefer bigger built-up (for me, no need the bigger balcony).
