Hi, any bro invest on EcoSummer phase 2?
I am quite interested in Charlton 20x80 and the selling price aroud 735k, still wonder the discount still available or not.
Anyway, this Saturday i"ll heading down to their show room and sales office to clarify on the final pricing.
I am a Johorean but still have a doubt on the location and development surrounding EcoSummer area. Any bro can advice or provide some further opinion?

Today went down to EcoSummer & EcoSpring show house, just behind SEC. Indeed the location was far down from Mount Austin --> Setia Indah --> SEC --> EcoSummer. But quite impress on their concept, design and layout. The surrounding environment was so cozy with beautiful lake and garden.

Now 6% promotion still available. Charlton 735k and Knighton 755k before discount. Estimated end of 2017 can get the key. Phase 1 still available few units for Upton.

I am still consider Charlton.
