eh bro I received call from their staff, saying bumi released unit is out now.

I heard that the price for this project now go up at least 30%. So sad I didn't manage to get a unit in balloting event last year =(

Probably due to bumi units released ma and so hot demand last year. Later phase 2, could be much higher then. Hhaha.

The facade is like ala French style but am very impressed with their backyard landscape, flowers and colourful theme with greenery, much better looking than Majestic and the latter could follow the same.

They are going to launch by this Sunday at Tropika Sales Gallery.

Yeah the design is different from their EcoBotanic project. EcoSummer and Springs are more on Europe style.
Now they only have indicative price. 650K for EcoSummer and 1.1mil for cluster. Semi-D if not wrong is about 1.7 to 1.9.
Yes the 20 ft backyard landscape impressed me The design is cool and differentiate itself from other double-storey terrace house.
