Hmm, what do you think of Eco Summer with such price tag? The entry is seems lower than EM at Semenyih but I used to study s bit on Nusajaya ground but not adventure to Tebrau so far.

Can share a bit the performance of Seta Eco Cascadia since it just located next or near to Eco Summer / Spring?

I worry majority of the people in Semenyih dunno how to enjoy or needed such facilities given for Eco Majestic. So, with such special European design, I ain't unsure whether Tebrau ppl able to accept such nice and modern concept and eco houses.

Usually Johor ppl will split into two groups, one prefer to stay in Skudai/Nusajaya area while the other group will prefer to stay in town/tebrau area.
I'm in the skudai group

But then I heard for SEC, they already have this kind of garden backlane design before. So EcoSummer is not the first to have such idea.

I'm quite confident with EcoWorld project as I've been following Setia's projects for years.
I attended their launching last two days. EcoSummer terrace houses sold out within 2 hours
My friends even hired Bangla to queue for them since Saturday night.
So i think the market is there la My friends bought for own stay.

I regularly visited Nusajaya / Skudai / Austin area but very long nvr visit Tebrau ( years ), so not sure how is the market there and whether such gated and guarded design could be a selling point in area like Tebrau.

SEC is the existing with such kind of garden at the backyard, if this SEC is doing well concurrently, I believe Eco Summer can be a hit since the entry is lower than Eco Spring as well as Eco Botanic.

I am getting Eco Majestic but I saw the back yard landscape and garden is impressive enopugh but I personally feel Eco Summer and Eco Spring's theme is more organized. Are they going to build any show house of Eco Summer / Spring?

If I going JB next month, I might be try to dropby and take a look at the French designed township.

Eco Majestic is similar to Eco Botanic, more English, classic and colonial. I dont feel it is nice until I went to Eco Botanic at the very first time, but too bad, I unable to secure a unit of Eco Botanic.

Same goes to me, unable to get a unit of Eco Botanic.
I still feel that Botanic has the best location among their current project.

Yes, I have asked about their show house, they said show house will be ready most probably in August.
Hope can be as nice as Botanic site. Really love the environment at Botanic

G&G with such landscape and huge eco township, RM 600-700k for a DSTH, if at Desa Park, we got to pay double time.

Location is far as at today, no doubt. We unsure about it 5 years later, and more importantly 10 years later.

Noted...too bad I wanna buy for my own stay now, can't wait to see what will happen in next 5-10 years.

If the bumi units are released at rm1.42, surely it should be more than that?

Starting from 300,500,800,1000,1300 sq ft.
Price, discount and layout haven't confirm.
Once information is out they will call me and I will have the priority to choose unit.
If I don't like the package I can just anyhow withdraw my cheque
