PROSMAC is now a official club?

Planned to join when it become official and here it is but the members look unfriendly just by looking their replies on some peoples post that needed help.


So far no problem, just little minor issue on the LCD head unit have those fingerprints/smudges inside but only noticeable when there is a bright sunlight or light. Must be the staff that was installing the unit did not wear gloves ( ) .

Gear Shift knob cover a bit loose but i changed the way i usually grip so far no problem

Hopefully it stay as good as possible for 5 years

Current goals are :

Install carbon fibers on the plastic dashboard/handles/panels/gear shifter/Areas that are easily getting scratches
Buy Coil mat that fits ( went to a accessories shop and did but the result is poor and unfit, took out and use as a floor mat for my house instead LOL )
Install Raytech solar/security tint
Polish and protection for leather seats
NEED A DAMN CAR TRAY for the rear boot ( cannot find one )
Car dash Camera ( Hidden the wires are quite hard and able to DIY but looks troublesome )

There are more goals but these are my current goals

Dont waste money on that skirt , it cost 1200$ and its from preve still. I would rather wait for the suprima s r3 skirt.

Invest it on new tyres or rims.

Normally if SC take out HU and clean inside will take how long to be done ?

anyone tried installing a better GEAR SHIFT KNOB or a cooler ones ?

tried touchup paint

The color is the same at first however the result is poor

No wonder no one bother to buy and waste their time doing this

If your area is hot even park under shade will darken the color in my case and the clear coat will go uneven and looks ugly..

I should have go to a professional car detailing shop, asked them the price which is around 100-350 depends on the size.

Our car sale value drop very fast

Dropped around 12k already if buy new

Trust me and take my advice. If you did not perform any DIY touch up before , dont do it. Will regret like me later if it goes wrong

Professional touch up paints are better than the cheap touchup because their basecoat + clearcoat are more durable and dry faster + no need wait 24 hours . Maximum only half day will get it done ( appointment )

Some people managed to do it easily maybe is because of their area is not hot or humid. Unless you can do it in room that fits a car inside. Because if wind blow will make paint go wrong then if too hot sunny and humid will make color darken , the clear coat looks ugly as well.

I was told that go car foaming will fix the vibrating/rattle issue on the car but have not try it yet. But if i am going to go and do it , i will probably tell them check whether any screws loose before foam. For the air cond vent, some guy say apply some kind of special glue that will adsorb vibration. Actually by right the car should come with this special glue just proton quality is poor. They only snap plastics and done
