proton suprima s, how long is the warranty coverage? is it 3 years or 5 years or 3 years by proton, another 2 years from insurance?

I checked with my SA, it seems that they will key into the system based on your JPJ registration date, no voucher is given.

Oh is it? I'll check with my SA as well. If they key in the system ,that'll be really good. As long as the system doesn't go down when we service.

Anyhow I did hear from the service centre guy that there's some catch in the 5 years free service:
- it only covers 1k, 10k, 20k, 30k, 40, 50k & 60k service (inclusive of both parts, oil & labor).
- however the oil is semi syn, means that the owner has to pay for the 5k interval service.
- but overall still a good deal since the 60k major service worth around RM1000++.

Perhaps u guys can check this out as well??

I was expecting this to be honest. As long as the allow us to top up and get the fully synthetic, I'm okay. Yeah, the first major hit will be the 60k service, since we change spark plugs and CVT oil, just having that covered is worth it.

just back from 1k km service at CoSE, quite fast if arrange appointment first and came early... they will patriotize your car first. dont know for 10,20,30,.... km service...
