its more of an advice or proposal I think.

its more on speed if I remember correctly

about tint. never had one before with my saga. so now with the existing tint on my suprima I can say very big improvement. mayb because its my first tinted car. im very satisfied. used to extreme heat in my saga don't think I will change the original tint from surpima.

mayb its different with those who already had experience with tint before.

thanks for the reply, just want to know that... because, I just reach 1k in a week, but max speed only 120 km/h average 100 km/h, long distance travel last weekend... KLIA to northern Perak, return.. smile.gif

The tint is applied on the inside of the windscreen, it won't cover the sensors unless they dismantle the whole thing.

Just inform the tint shop, they should know what to do smile.gif

Car is 2 days old bro biggrin.gif

Also, guys, I was trying the 3 step method to start the engine like you guys said. How long does it take for the battery, oil and oil pressure warning light to go off? I waited for around 1 min before deciding to start the engine anyway, and they went off. I waited because I'm supposed to wait for the warning lights to off first right?

mine the light stays only for few seconds only. then lights went off followed by key and battery symbol then only I press button to start the engine.

from wht I read at manual the battery and key symbol suppose to fade away when the engine starts.

The sc guys explain to me while showing the steps.

don't worry I think if tell them ur case the sc will reset again the motherboard to reset the memory (from key? motherboard? dunno)

if i'm not mistaken, 3 symbols wont go off until u start.. the battery, oil pressure, and check engine light...the battery cause there's no charge coming from the alternator, oil pressure cause engine is not running yet.. so no pressure yet.. check engine light i'm not sure..

i thought it is mentioned in the manual that it is not advisable to race the engine above 120km/h for the first 1000km.

Yep, the manual does say to avoid 120 above till 1k. Sadly already itchy when taking the car, hit 160 for a short while. rclxms.gif

Yeah, mine the three items stay on. Battery, oil and oil pressure until I start the engine.

Okay, got my SS finally. smile.gif

Problems noticed so far :
1)Helicopter sound when braking
2)burnt smell when hit 160
3)GPS not working.

Otherwise, I'm exceedingly happy with the car rclxms.gif
*
1) definitely not ABS indeed. I claimed mine at CoE and they changed both discs & rotors for the front brakes. It's the same as Preve's.
2) haven't hit 160 yet so cant tell... tongue.gif tongue.gif
3) yes, download your map at lokatoo website into the SD card may solve; mine was solved like that.

Arent there any better aftermaket android HUs that are also cheaper? Not that I know of any, but that is my impression.  hmm.gif

Better yes, cheaper no. All start at RM2.5k>>. Also AFAIK, aftermarket don't have front side sensor detection. The SS has that one.

actually they used even less tinting because of the rain sensor is not supposed to be tinted...perhaps the labor charges to cut out the shape costs more... laugh.gif sweat.gif
