I got new friend request from my buddy friends. He duplicated his name. And give me some link to click
When i clicked. He want request a password of steam. I tought it's was link to steam. But, Its a bad day. I have lost a lot of item. because of careless. I am new on steam. So i dont know that was a scammer.






Attach the hijack person. Already send the steam for ticketing. Now very sad. No mood to play dota liao.



After waiting a 3 days. Steam support reply me this morning.

Well if you had set Steam Guard on they wouldn't have been able to login, even with the password phished since the confirmation code would go to your email since it's a new computer.

You should probably scan your computer or something. If they've managed to bypass all your security and emails then there's probably a keylogger or something on your pc.

now email them and see whether can restore or not ==

Guys,do not fall for this trick.those hackers will send u a link which is quite similar to official dota 2 websites to ask you to view their profile,or trade or etc.
Be alert, eg steamcommunity.com and they will give u a link on steamcoNmunity.com
The moment you click on that link,all your account details will be uncovered by them.

sigh and again steam reply my mail. and ask again about ownership.

yup ... u must provide them full details of what they asked for only they will investigate .. or else ur issue will keep on dragging
mine account has reset and they told me they are investigating the items issue
i provide them like what they asked above and screenshot the CD key that i bought for steam

If you got games for free, take a screenshot from the email.

ie: dota 2 beta invitations etc3
