I am one of the Villa buyer mid of last year before the price dropped.
Apparently, IOI is not giving a fair deal to all previous buyers. They hiding the truth. Previous buyers at best got the same price, but they paying the bank interest since then versus the new buyer that pay less interest. Kindly pm me for further discussion. pclow08@gmail.com |

woah... IOI as one of the big developer... will do such thing to their buyers... price decrease or selling at the same price representing a loss to the early buyers... guess market are reli bad that even IOI have to resort to such pricing strategy...
