May be 5 years later you will say is cheap? But IOI got their way of doing business, they like to slow slow sell type may be too much money so don't bother much.

Totally agree with only compare with current price/ launching. Reputable developer such as Sime Darby, SP Setia, IOI which premium is factored in. They basically are building a township and not just a house.
That is why they are targeting a niche market and not mass market.

Next up will be the whole 80 acres of Rio city in the center of bandar puteri with all service apartment and commercials.

sooner and later, price in Cyberjaya will also be at least RM800psf. I don't know how many Malaysian can afford to buy house then....
