Totally agree with only compare with current price/ launching.
Reputable developer such as Sime Darby, SP Setia, IOI which premium is factored in. They basically are building a township and not just a house. That is why they are targeting a niche market and not mass market. |

sooner and later, price in Cyberjaya will also be at least RM800psf.
I don't know how many Malaysian can afford to buy house then.... |

just VERY curious why IOI sale so slow for projects in puchong ? this forum starts like 10 years ago..
