Normally car exterior part is come without painting (black colour). As i said, RM450 might just for the 'door kosong' itself without any accessories.
I believe kedai ketuk fix the door by cut and weld.
My advice, would rather go claim insurance for the whole new door. Not sure how severe is your condition, but if the area is large, cut and weld might introduce rust problem later if the finishing is not good. But i bet 390 for new outside skin+repaint is not as severe as you mentioned.
Anyway, which party is in fault? U or Lorry?
Haha, this one happened during parking (go wet market this morning), lorry nothing happened (really rear tip of the lorry that have steel/angle iron corner), my fault actually, but can claim insurance meh?

haha, that's why, i just think to replace the whole door, hopefully SC can reuse back other parts, if not, totally new set, need to check back all the parts cost...anyhow, next week only will go SC and see what will they say about this
