technically shouldn't overheat when charging, I mean, it'll be hot la, but overheat?

Does whatsapp support the sending of full hd video from our S4? Yes it does scale down my video from 1080p to 540p before I send it, but after finished sending the whole video turned greenish. The audio is still there, but the video can't be watch. Any idea guys?

I doubt you can, it shrink down the size to send and also there are size limitation

I tried sending a few times before, there's a limit on the size, but if you watch it on a phone, the sent video quality is still great.

Overheat occurs during googling for about 5-7mins, make call...

Now what i think i shud do is turn off my s4 while charging.just tried it.haha.then i have fully charged and led im greem color!!

When you said overheat, what was the temperature ? Above 45°c ?

The phone will go into safe mode or auto showndown before it become overheat. Don't worry bout the temperature.

I think you mean only hot, not overheat. Normal when surfing or using apps like games. Based on what you say on off charging, definitely some background apps is running. When your phone is fully charge even overnight, your phone will be cold during trickle charging after that.

If it is still hot, one hour after charging complete, background apps is seriously whacking your battery. Check either watchdog lite for current CPU usage (if very very hot) or battery stats tracker like Gsam battery app to see what program uses the most battery even when you're not actively using them. It will gives you clue to what apps to uninstall and check to see if its helps after that. If it still happens, continue do the same when uninstall next apps that consume battery when you did not activate them.

you can try MightyText. not sure about deleting them... but you can send/receive text even when your phone is not with you (but you need to have data connection connected to your phone all the time). quite handy...

Definitely cannot. It will downgrade the quality like Heck. Just do a simple test. Take a shot of full HD excel spreadsheet. U can still see the table nicely on ur phone. Once u whatsapp over, all become blur.
Best bet is to upload somewhere ur friend can see.

No, what I mean is that yes it will downgrade my video quality, but then after downgrading and sent, the video is unwatchable, only audible. Does it mean that 1080p video can't be send through whatsapp? Shall we record using lower resolution like 720p at the beginning?
