Your phone rooted OR stock..?
Factory reset always solve any looping issue.

Regards any custom roms...you need to try it for yourself.
Not everybody get the same exact result. Even your apps play some part on making any custom rom go smooth and stable. OR making it unstable. biggrin.gif

Looks more like Class 6 to me.
Class 10 should write around 10Mbs

edit - here's mine..64Gb Class 10 Sandisk
and look quite the same as yours..lolz
except reading much higher

Sandisk always change their packaging. Maybe to refresh the product image...lolz
If you feel you have been cheated..bring the sdcard to Vector Digital and ask them a new one. Better still...do a sdcard test in front of them.

Try factory reset and see if the problem solved.
if still restart/reboot...go back to the place you buy the phone and ask for a replacement there...not at service centre.
Service centre just doing service and repair jobs.

I have no problem with Sandisk 64Gb and I have two of those sdcard. Got only one time...one of the sdcards corrupted but that was due to my own mistake when I try to transfer a very large files at one go instead of transfer it in smaller batches/size.
Both the sdcard coming to two years old now blink.gif
